What We Need
We’re headquartered on the shores of historic Lake Minnetonka—just outside of Minneapolis in Excelsior, Minnesota and are looking for a Talent Ambassador to join our dynamic team and grow your career as our company scales to new heights.

In this role you’ll be:
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting from resume review to job offer
Evangelizing the company’s values and culture to the potential pool of talent in the Twin Cities
Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs
Sourcing candidates using your network, internal database, various Internet sites, schools, job fairs, outplacement firms and other methods as needed to proactively source qualified local candidates
Working with managers to write and post jobs, keep current on postings and close out jobs as they are filled
Reviewing resumes and evaluate applicants through the interview process to reveal job skills, work history, education, training and compensation needs
Interviewing candidates and presenting top talent to hiring managers
Scheduling interviews and negotiating pay rates for candidates selected by the client
Preparing new hire paperwork including new-hire checklist, employment agreements and confirmation letters
Attending conferences, career fairs, tech meetups and/or other events as needed
Providing support to internal employees by maintaining relationships
What makes you awesome?
Experience sourcing, screening and interviewing for technology positions, preferably 4+ years
Affinity for sales and technology
Aptitude in IT/Engineering-language desirable
Familiarity with recruiting tools and techniques
A competitive streak and resourcefulness in nature
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work independently
Bachelor's degree desired
For the right candidate, subject to ability to execute and desire to grow beyond talent acquisition, we may consider a potential expansion of duties to include general human resource activities (payroll, benefits, comp, support and training).
